Coaching doesn't try to resolve or treat mental health conditions such as Trauma, PTSD. Coaching is action oriented. The focus is to help you identify your goals, achieve them, and develop habits and skills. The agenda of the coaching sessions is determined by the goals that the client wants to reach.  Therapists ask about  the "why" coaching focuses on the "who" Who do you want to be? Together, we focus on creating the life you want now and in the future.
