Coaching focuses on the future, not healing the past. The client and the coach are equal partners in their relationship. I won't tell you what to do, how to feel, or do the the hard work for you. We will, however, focus on your specific goals and support your journey, starting with where you are now and where you are headed. Coaching can touch on relationships, careers, obstacles and using a positive, proactive approach. I will focus on the "WHO" to assist you in being the best version of yourself that you can be. We all have places in our life where we are blocked. Working together, we will identify those blocks and find ways for you to overcome them.
An ADHD coach is a "Life Coach" but also has specialized training and experience. I understand how ADHD can show up and impact an individual's life.
When you choose to live a dream, you need a plan to make it come true. Once you have a plan, a coach will help you stick to it and get around any obstacles.
