I’m Dawn!
I empower adults with ADHD to move from feelings of “Overwhelm” and frustration to empowerment and hope. Through understanding their unique brain wiring, I guide them to reconnect with themselves, reclaim confidence and create a life they love without guilt or self doubt.
Are you ready to turn your brain off at night and create the life that you were meant to live?

How my journey into coaching began…
I worked as a Nuclear Medicine professional at a prestigious medical facility for 23 years. As my children grew up, I could see that what seemed easy for other parents was becoming problematic for me – even simple everyday tasks, social behaviors, time management, goal-setting, problem-solving and simple organization. At 49, I was diagnosed with ADHD.
Live Your Dreams
When you choose to live your dream, you need a plan to make it come true. Once you have a plan, a coach will help you stick to it and overcome any obstacles.

What Is Coaching?
At ADHD Brain Understood, coaching focuses on the future. The client and the coach are equal partners in our relationship. I won’t tell you what to do, how to feel, or do the work for you. We will, however, focus on your specific goals and I’ll support your journey, starting with where you are now and where you are headed. Coaching can focus on relationships, careers, obstacles, and a positive, proactive approach. I will focus on the “WHO” to assist you in being the best version of yourself that you can be. We all have places in our life where we struggle, by working together, we will address those struggles and find solutions tailored to assist you in overcoming them.
